Rwanda has quite a budding art scene focused mostly around African art and contemporary avant garde pieces. During a visit to Kigali in May 2015 I visited three galleries; the Yego Arts Centre, the Inema Arts Centre and the Ivuka Arts studios. I was totally blown away by the creativity and the beauty of the pieces. Even better was the knowledge that most galleries package and ship their pieces across the world.
